Step 1Reservation
Please make your Supreme Class reservation through Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen Online Reservation Service. In the smartEX App or your browser, select Supreme Class under “Seat Types” (“Seat Type” in the browser); you can then reserve the trains on which Supreme Class is available.
*EX Service tickets are not sold at station ticket offices or through EX from LINE.
A Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen Online Reservation Service membership is required to reserve Supreme Class.

Step 2Boarding
Supreme Class Cabins are located in Car No. 7 (for up to two guests) and Car No. 10 (for one guest).
The Supreme Class logo is displayed near the boarding door closest to each Cabin.
Step 3Unlocking
The electronic-lock door to your Supreme Class Cabin can be unlocked with the transit IC card or QR code you use to board.
Step 4
Enjoy your journey in Supreme Class.
