JR Central uses personal information obtained from Lost Item Inquiry Form within the scope below.

(4) | Confirming the owner's identity when passing over lost items |
(5) | Home delivery of lost items |
(6) | Answering questions and counseling for customers |
(7) | Creating statistical data where individuals cannot be identified |
2. Entrusting work for personal information
JR Central may entrust customer information to selected persons who possess the ability to fully conduct security control measures in the management of personal information under the responsibility of JR Central and within the scope of purpose of use in section 1 concerning the customer information below obtained from Lost Item Inquiry Form.

3. Procedures for disclosures etc. of personal information and contact
If you wish to request disclosure, revisions, additions or deletions for your own information entered into a Lost Item Report Form, or if you wish to have the information be deleted or suspended from use, please contact the area below. JR Central will respond within a responsible period and within the scope of established law after conducting necessary procedures to confirm identity. If customer information is deleted or use is suspended, it may become impossible to make contact concerning lost items.
