Please follow the rules for railway passengers.
- Please be considerate of train safety and operation (so as not to cause delays or disrupt the crew's normal duties).
*If the emergency buzzer inside the car is pressed, the train will make an emergency stop for a safety check.
*Do not allow items to block the aisle at any time. This will impede the crew's ability to perform their duties.
- Please take care not to damage or deface the interior furnishings (seats, cargo racks, walls, etc.).
*The train is scheduled to continue operation after the package is over.
- Please be considerate so as not to inconvenience other passengers.
*With the chartered car reservation service, the cabin of the reserved car is offered for use. The gangways (the areas between cars) are shared with passengers in other cars. Please refrain from making noise or occupying space in these areas. Staff may reach out to you if the situation requires.
- Any activity that is offensive to public order or morals is prohibited. Please behave in a manner that is socially acceptable.
*Crew members and staff will pass through the cabin as their normal duties require. Members of the public may also pass through if necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
- Passengers who want to decorate the interior of the car by themselves must make arrangements to do so after boarding and also return it to its original state before disembarking.
- Please avoid livestream broadcasting or other use of online content as transmission speed varies depending on the communication environment and may be affected by tunnels/bridges, network traffic, or other factors.
- JR or travel agency staff may ride in the car as well. Thank you for your understanding.
- Staff may take photographs to confirm that the chartered car reservation service is fulfilled or similar reasons. Please let us know in advance if you do not want photos taken.
For large-scale promotional events or other such cases, we may have the flexibility to accommodate requests outside the provisions of the Terms of Use section. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
